Matt serves as a Site Construction Manager at Costner Building Group, bringing more than 15 years of hands-on residential construction experience to every project. A native of Locust, North Carolina, Matt is known for his attention to detail, strong field leadership, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and stays actively involved in his children’s lives by coaching and supporting their sports teams.
